Educated in Ukraine, Iryna received a specialist degree in English Language and Literature in Precarpathian National University in 2016

Martin moved to the Algarve from the UK in 1980. Since then, he has been involved in multiple building and development projects, including renovations, new-builds, wooden-houses and light-weight steel homes.

Having lived near Loulé for many years he is very familiar with the construction techniques and property values in the beautiful countryside regions of the Algarve.

Martin joins the team with his local expertise and knowledge to assist with both viewing and listing properties, giving our clients the very best opportunity to have us value and sell your home.

Martin has a very easy-going nature and is always happy to share a coffee and give you his authentic and honest opinion on any questions you may have.

Alan has lived in the Algarve since 2016 working as a property consultant, following an impressive career as a Chartered Accountant for multi-national companies, and subsequently as a fiscal advisor to expatriates in Portugal.

Aside from his direct efforts to secure the right property option for our clients Alan has particular expertise in the legal and fiscal aspects of vacation rentals of property in Portugal. Alan can advise clients on all aspects of property purchase and will analyse their priorities, and put forward a range of options to meet as closely as possible the given criteria.

Having sourced, purchased and renovated his own family home in the Algarve, Alan brings experience and enthusiasm for Algarve property, as well as the golf, tennis and sailing that is on offer.

Marcia has been working in the Algarve real estate environment since 2000, and has an excellent knowledge of the processes and requirements for selling or buying your home.

Speaking Portuguese and English, and qualified in Business Management & Administration, she is a key part of our team, great at 'problem-solving' and ensuring that our clients are happy and informed at all times.

Marilla moved to the Algarve permanently in 2018 having been a regular visitor to the area for several years and has over thirty years of experience in the Real Estate sector. Having chosen to make the area of São Brás de Alportel her home she is passionate about the area and feels that her love of property will forever run through her veins. Through her own experience she has a good understanding of working with local architects, engineers and builders.

Marilla is a keen cyclist and has covered over 3,500 kilometres exploring the area: towns, villages and the beauty of the Serra do Caldeirão. She also loves to kite-surf and used to race cars at club level when she lived in England. Marilla has a very enthusiastic and personable approach and her priority at all times is to work closely with her clients to understand their needs.

Nélia was born in France and moved to Portugal at the age of 11. She graduated in administration and discovered her passion for real estate at an early age. Over the years, she has trained in various areas of real estate to meet all her clients' needs. She has worked in various areas of the Algarve, such as Quarteira, Vilamoura and Loulé, but it was in São Brás de Alportel that she discovered her favourite area.

São Brás de Alportel retains its original essence, customs and traditions, and also represents the traditional Algarve with its renovated farmhouses, traditional chimneys, Santa Catarina tiles, and a huge diversity of cultures from all over the world.
